LCDU Water and Sewer Rates

Water and Sewer Rates, Meter Fees and Miscellaneous fees- All premises which receive water or sewer service from the LCDU shall be charged the appropriate fees and other costs. The current rate structure is established through resolution by the Board of Lake County Commissioners. The Executive Director of the LCDU provides data to the Commissioners outlining operational and infrastructure costs that affect the rates.

Water – Charges are calculated based on either the “metered service charge”.

Metered Service Charge–    $4.45 per 100 cubic feet for the first 1,200,000 cubic feet metered water per quarter.-    $3.38 for each 100 cubic feet in excess of 1,200,000 cubic feet per quarter.

Minimum Charge–     $40.05 per quarter (represents 0-900 cubic feet).
