Due to a billing system upgrade, we regret to inform you that online account access and paperless billing will temporarily be suspended, as of February 1, 2023.
Until both services are restored, you will receive your quarterly water and/or sanitary sewer bills via US Postal Mail, effective with billings in February 2023. Please log in to your account prior to February 1, 2023 to confirm the mailing address on your bills.
If you need to update your mailing address, please contact the Lake County Department of Utilities Customer Service Department at (440) 350-2070, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
