Public Comment Requested by the Eleventh District Appellate Court

PLEASE FIND ATTACHED THE 2024 AMENDMENTS TO THE LOCAL RULES FOR THE ELEVENTH DISTRICT COURT OF APPEALS

This court will receive public comments regarding their rule revisions through Wednesday, April 17, 2024.  Public comments should be e-mailed directly to [email protected].

The judges of the Eleventh District Court of Appeals have approved the following revisions to our local rules, as reflected in red in the attached rules:
