The Office of Lake County Planning and Community Development is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents by investing in the growth, stability, and vitality of our communities. Through the administration of key federal programs like the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), our office provides essential funding and support for projects that foster affordable housing, economic opportunities, and public infrastructure improvements.
