On Thursday , June 18th, the new Vrooman Road Bridge will be opened to southbound traffic. This will allow traffic to travel from SR-84 to IR-90 using Vrooman Road. At the same time, northbound Vrooman Road will be closed at IR-90 to all traffic. Not even local traffic will be allowed to enter at this point. All traffic will have to detour via IR-90, SR-44 and SR-84. The project is scheduled for an October completion at which time all lanes will be opened.
