NOTE: This office will be open all day Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. We will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day!
When requesting a document via the public records request email you MUST include the document number in order for this office to complete your request.
NOTE: Any public records request for a document prior to 1992 will be provided in a hard copy format at the cost of $2 per page as required by the Ohio Revised Code. Such funds must be paid in advance or at the time service is rendered as required by the Ohio Revised Code.
