    A new $5 License Tax is estimated to generate $1,250,000 per year designated specifically for infrastructure improvements.
    Many County roads are in need of major work.  The office of the County Engineer intends to use the funds created by the $5 increase to improve 63.28 miles of roads over the next five years.
