Jerry Cirino is a resident of Kirtland, Ohio and has lived
with his wife, Donna, and their nine children in Lake County for over 35
years. He is a recently retired medical
device executive having served as Chairman and CEO of numerous companies,
including SourceOne Healthcare Technologies in Mentor, Ohio. SourceOne was one of the largest radiology
companies in the U.S. with sales in excess of $1.2 billion.
Jerry has led organizations through growth, integration,
restructuring and turn-around situations.
He has substantial experience in business mergers and acquisitions and
global operations. He has managed
organizations around the world and has traveled extensively on their
behalf. He continues to serve on
numerous business and non-profit boards.
Jerry has maintained a high level of involvement in the Lake
County community. He has served on the
United Way Board, the Lakeland Community College Board (chairman), the Lake
Health Board and the Lake Erie College Board of Trustees. He has taught business classes at both
Lakeland and Lake Erie College and continues as an Adjunct Faculty in the
Business Department of Lake Erie College teaching in the MBA and Undergraduate
programs. He also served as the Foreman
of the Lake County Grand Jury in 2014.
He holds a B.S. in Business, an MBA from Lake Erie College, and has been
awarded the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Humane Letters following his 2005
commencement address. He has also
participated in business programs at the Harvard Business School and the
Harvard Law School. He is a member of
the Advisory Board of Catholic University of America School of Business and
Economics and is on the Board of Governors of Legatus International, an
organization of Catholic business and professional leaders.
