PUBLIC NOTICE
The Lake County Board of Commissioners, by resolution dated November 5, 2009, has set the date, time and place for two public hearings to consider the adoption of revised County Erosion and Sediment Control Rules in accordance with ORC 307.79. The Hearings will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 2:00 pm and Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 2:00 pm, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, LakeCountyAdministrationBuilding, 105 Main Street, Fourth Floor, Painesville, OH 44077.
The proposed revised Erosion and Sediment Control rules are available for review by the public at the Lake County Commissioner’s Office at the address below.
